Exchanges:

• Changed your mind or need a different size? No problem!
• You can exchange your pajamas within 10 days of receiving them.
• Just make sure they’re still in brand-new condition, unworn, and with tags attached.
• Reach out to us at contact@eznocollection.com , and we’ll help you get the right fit.

Returns:

• If you’re not feeling your pajamas, you can return them for a full refund within 30 days.
• Again, they need to be unworn, unwashed, and with tags still on.
• Drop us an email at contact@eznocollection.com, and we’ll sort out your refund once we get them back.

Quick Notes:

• Sorry, but we can’t refund shipping fees.
• You’ll need to cover the cost of sending the items back to us.
• It usually takes about 3-5 business days for refunds to show up in your account.
